Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess or be actively working toward a high school diploma or GED by the start date.
• Must be eligible to register as a CareerWise youth apprentice.
• Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend classroom training consisting of 20+ business acumen and core competency workshops.
• Explain workers’ compensation rules and procedures to customers.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and faxes professionally.
• Process customer payments accurately and error-free.
• Support non-profit community organizations through paid volunteer opportunities.
