Pinnacol Assurance in Denver is seeking a Registered Youth Apprentice to provide valuable customer service and support within the company's Customer Experience team. This part-time position is a Registered Youth Apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor and CareerWise USA. Youth apprentices are defined as ages 16-24, in accordance with federal and state statutory program guidelines.
The apprenticeship features a structured three‑year on‑the‑job training and educational curriculum that takes you from foundational learning to advanced professional skills. Although the training program is mapped over three years, employment is at‑will. This means you and the Company retain the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.
The Customer Experience team (CXP) is a dynamic group dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. As a Customer Experience Apprentice you’ll learn what factors drive business success.

The compensation for this role is target‑aligned with our USDOL Registered Apprenticeship status at $19.29/hr with progressive merit‑based increases throughout the duration of the program.
