Job summary

RHSB in Dallas, TX seeks a motivated apprentice to support commercial Property & Casualty customer service teams. You will process routine service items, assist Account Executives and Managers, and gain on-the-job learning while pursuing an associate degree and industry designation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Active enrollment toward an associate degree toward required coursework.
• Texas P&C License required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support commercial Property & Casualty customer service staff.
• Process routine service items and endorsements.
• Work with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers on client needs.
• Maintain accurate policy and endorsement data in the agency system.
• Support processing of Certificates of Insurance and policy audits.
