Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor in Boise, Idaho. You will guide staff, manage staffing across shifts, and provide on-site supervision to ensure high-quality services and safety.

You will also deliver on-site training, analyze data with the Program Manager, and work with leadership to address operational challenges. The role includes full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a national agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferred.
• 1+ year(s) supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to pass background checks, including fingerprinting.
• Valid driver license with clean record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees and staff.
• Proactively manage staffing needs and coordinate coverage across shifts.
• Offer on-call support for staffing concerns and emergencies.
• Assist Program Manager with data compilation and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and collaborate with leadership.
