Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of DC court and social service systems
• Empathetic, culturally competent support to youth and families
• Experience in life coaching or youth mentoring
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on call if necessary
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer use
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a vehicle with proper insurance for client transport
• Familiarity with DC where resources exist

Aufgaben

• Facilitate groups using agency curriculum.
• Build a sense of community within the program.
• Provide counseling interventions for DYRS clients to improve functioning.
• Collaborate with DYRS team to support Success Plan goals.
• Complete progress notes and reports.

• Remain available outside regular hours for crisis support.
