Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Lead Credible Messenger to organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services for assigned clients and families, using a strength-based wraparound model.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of community resources, and experience with at-risk youth and families; a valid driver's license and transportation are required; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Community Resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Electronic health records systems (EHR) is a plus but not required.
• Positions require valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage.
