Job summary

The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a proactive Youth Corrections Unit Coordinator – Case Coordinator at the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in Woodburn, OR. This role supports unit leadership, staff development, and secure, structured programming for youth while coordinating JJIS Case Plans and ACR documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field or three years experience in juvenile justice related setting.
• Associate degree with emphasis on juvenile systems and one year of relevant experience.
• Experience with case planning, trauma-informed care, MDT facilitation, and JJIS is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for youth on the living unit.
• Assist LUM in procedures promoting staff engagement and positive youth interactions.
• Prepare technical documentation for court hearings and legal proceedings.
