YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Y Club Site Supervisor to lead before- and after-school programs at school sites, ensuring safe, enriching activities for elementary students. You’ll plan daily activities, build relationships with kids and families, and uphold YMCA standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, program quality, and community impact within a mission-driven team dedicated to youth development and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or sufficient college coursework to meet state licensing requirements.
• Experience in school-age development and programming preferred.
• Understanding of team leadership and relationship building.
• Strong commitment to quality school-age programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of youth development associates at the site.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of each child while delivering care.
• Manage site operations and ensure licensing compliance.
• Prepare weekly activity plans and snack menus aligned with standards.
• Maintain financial records and communicate with families about balances.
