As a Y Club Site Supervisor, you’ll be the leader at your school site—planning and leading daily activities, creating a welcoming space for kids, and building positive relationships with students, families, and associates. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that empowers youth, fosters belonging, and supports working families.
Minimum $20.00/hour
Must qualify as a Program Director in MO under state licensing guidelines for 100+ students.
Increases to rates are case-by-case based on experience and education relevant to the field of youth development.
