Kansas City Mom Collective is seeking a passionate Youth Leader for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s Y Club program. This role involves creating a fun and supportive environment for elementary-aged children during before and after school hours.

The Youth Leader will lead activities, ensure safety, and build relationships with children and families. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma and a commitment to quality youth services.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Previous experience working with school-age children is preferred.
• Demonstrated public relations and leadership skills.
