Boys & Girls Clubs Of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County is seeking a Club Director in Pasadena, MD to oversee daily operations, program planning, and staff supervision. The role focuses on delivering high quality youth programs for ages 6–18, aligned with our Formula for Impact.

You will design and lead programs, manage partnerships, and ensure a safe, engaging environment while guiding staff through evaluation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth development or similar setting.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision, and facility management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills with youth, families, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and support priority outcomes.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to meet member needs and standards.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment across all program areas.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, providing leadership and accountability.
• Ensure consistent discipline policies and constructive youth development practices.
• Monitor participation, attendance, and program effectiveness through reporting.
• Oversee daily program delivery according to schedules and goals.
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and families.
• Promote programs to increase visibility and community engagement.
• Support special events and cross‑department programming.
