Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County in Maryland is seeking a Program Director to oversee the delivery of a broad range of clubs programs, plan and develop initiatives, implement activities, and supervise program staff to support youth development outcomes.

Responsibilities include setting club objectives aligned with our mission, ensuring safety and quality standards, directing volunteers, and coordinating with families and partners to offer engaging, structured programs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Education/Experience required.
• Two years’ experience working with youth ages 6 to 18.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee administration of designated Clubhouse programs and activities.
• Establish Clubhouse program objectives aligned with organizational goals and mission.
• Oversee day-to-day program activities per standards and goals.
• Encourage member participation and provide instruction/feedback to develop skills.
• Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and development of members.
• Establish and maintain program goals/settings to ensure health and safety.
• Ensure staff understand standards; maintain safety and equipment.
