Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Club Director to lead day-to-day operations at a designated Club site, ensuring high-quality youth programs and compliance with licensing and safety standards.

You will develop staff, manage budgets, collaborate with area clubs, and drive program quality while promoting DEI values and positive youth development across the region. Evening and weekend flexibility may be required.

Formación

• Knowledge of youth development, strategic planning, and resource management.
• Experience leading and supervising a team.
• Experience in nonprofit administration and club operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the successful operation of the Club.
• Collaborate with Area Clubs to enhance programming and manage resources.
• Ensure high standards in program delivery across licensed childcare, education, sports, arts, health, and leadership.
• Lead staff development and training.
• Oversee safety, licensing compliance, and emergency planning.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Support board development and community relations.
• Maintain positive brand image and partnerships.
