Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore is seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to join our after-school program. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-impact youth development programming for members ages 6-18, in an inclusive and safe environment.

You will lead program activities, engage with youth, track attendance, coordinate activities, and support daily club operations under the supervision of the Club Manager. Availability in afternoons and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience working with children and creating safe, inclusive environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with delivery of quality program activities and experiences.
• Build relationships with Club members aged 6-18.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment.
• Motivate youth to participate fully in programs.
• Track member attendance and program progress.
