Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 5 years Behavioral Health Experience for BHT case management.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and comply with a Drug Free workplace.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet state standards for continued education.

Responsibilities
