Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a dedicated direct service professional to provide psychosocial, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services to members. The role includes advocacy, medication management support, resource connection, counseling, and after-hours on-call coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of direct mental health experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with four years of direct mental health services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance/registration.
• Reliable transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide psychosocial, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services to Turning Point members.
• Advocate for clients in treatment and help them apply for services.
• Maintain client records and complete required documentation and data entry.
• Meet clients at Turning Point sites or field locations.
• Assist with eligibility for benefits and support in accessing housing, food, and medical care.
