Job summary

ChangePoint is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Peer (BHPP) to support Inpatient and Outpatient services. The role focuses on daily living skills, therapy activities, and group trainings within a regulated environment.

You will maintain productivity through billable hours, coordinate transportation, and advocate for clients while ensuring confidentiality and safety during visits and treatments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Arizona driver's license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Drug Free workplace compliance required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Preferred: 1 year in behavioral health or related education/experience.
• Knowledge of entitlement processes and local resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies and professional ethics.
• Protect client confidentiality and personal rights.
• Maintain clear, concise clinical records.
• Complete 15-minute checks (Psych Inpatient) and 60-minute checks (SAR/Woodland).
• Participate in staff meetings and coordinate activities.
• Provide assertive outreach to clients resistant to services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with staff and referral resources.
• Coordinate and accompany clients to Telemedicine visits and record-keeping.
• Deliver services per program requirements and individual treatment plans.
