Job summary

Indiana United Methodist Children’s Home (IUMCH) in Lebanon, IN seeks an organized Case Manager for our Residential Services team. You will support youth care, implement treatment plans, and maintain a therapeutic, family-style environment in compliance with state standards.

The role requires collaboration with Family Teachers and on-call crisis support, offering opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact in youth services.

Qualifications

• The Bachelor’s degree requirement, with Master’s preferred.
• Two years of youth experience in child welfare or therapeutic settings.
• Knowledge or experience with the Teaching Family Model preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and composure in challenging situations.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document treatment team meetings and ensure individualized plans are up to date and effective.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to Family Teachers, Assistant Family Teachers, and Overnight Family Teachers.
• Maintain program compliance with the Teaching Family Model, IUMCH policies, and state licensing requirements.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal teams, families, and external partners to support youth progress.
• Review incident reports, monitor program quality, and support staff in creating safe and structured environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in crisis response as needed.
• Represent IUMCH in professional settings such as court hearings and community meetings when required.
