Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Yerington, Nevada, is hiring a Case Manager to support Sierra Sage Treatment Center and its youth in a residential setting. You will administer and coordinate case plans and treatment programs for your caseload, liaising with guardians and placing agencies.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic, patient and respectful in interactions with youth and families.
• Desire to work with troubled teens and create a supportive environment.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Administrate, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs.
• Serve as a liaison between client, parents/guardian, and placing agency officials.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner and advise of issues.
