Rite of Passage in Yerington, Nevada is seeking a Case Manager to join Sierra Sage Treatment Center. You will administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs, coordinating with placing agencies and families.

You will file reports, provide required data, liaise between clients, guardians and agencies, and support youth in a safe, nurturing environment while pursuing education and life skills.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic, patient and treat others with respect.
• Desire to work with troubled teens.
• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience.

Responsibilities
