Job summary

Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada is hiring a Case Manager to develop and facilitate case plans and treatment programs for youth. You will liaison between clients, families, and placing agencies and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Starting pay is $24 per hour, full-time on-site. Perks include medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance within 90 days, a 403(b) match of up to 6% after one year, and PTO as it accrues.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Desire to work with troubled teens.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screen, TB test, and registry check.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs.
• Serve as liaison between client, parents/guardians, and placing agency officials.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Advise of any problematic situations.
