Rite of Passage is hiring a Case Management Administrative Assistant at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, NV. You will maintain student records, support filing tasks, and help prepare materials for licensing reviewers.

Qualifications

• Be empathetic and patient in interactions with youth and families.
• Possess a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Case management experience is strongly preferred.
• Must meet driver eligibility requirements for ROP programs.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student case files and daily records.
• Assist with filing, closing, and organizing physical and electronic files for licensing.
• Prepare and compile files for State licensing representatives as requested.
