Rite of Passage is seeking a Registered Nurse for Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, NV. You will coordinate the medical department's daily activities, ensure safety and health guideline adherence, and support on-site or telehealth services for youth.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of medical-surgical experience, and a passion for working with troubled teens. Background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test are required.

Responsibilities
