Job summary

Sierra Sage Treatment Center, a Rite of Passage program, is hiring a Case Manager in Yerington, NV. You will administer and facilitate case plans and treatment programs for youth, acting as a liaison between clients, guardians, and placing agencies to ensure smooth coordination.

Responsibilities include timely reporting and documentation, plus supporting management with required insights. 21+ with a related degree or 2–5 years' experience preferred, plus background checks and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Must be empathetic, patient and treat others with respect.
• Desire to work with troubled teens.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs for each student on caseload.
• Serve as a liaison between client, parents/guardian, and placing agency officials.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner; provide management with reports and advise of issues.
