Job summary

Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada is seeking a Case Manager to administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs for youth on their caseload.

You will liaise between clients, families, and placing agencies; complete reports, provide required data to management, and ensure timely documentation. A Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years’ experience and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience is required.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Administrate, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs.
• Serve as liaison between client, parents/guardian, and placing agency officials.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner and provide management with needed reports.
