Job summary

Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada is seeking a Case Manager to administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs for youth on their caseload.

You will liaise between clients, families, and placing agencies; complete reports, provide required data to management, and ensure timely documentation. A Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years’ experience and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years' experience is required.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.

Pay:

Starting at 24.00 an hour.

What you will do:

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their caseload. Serves as a liaison between the client, parents/legal guardian, and placing agency officials. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provides management with required reports, and advises of any problematic situations.
