Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan, primarily in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home environment.

We offer full and part-time positions with a supportive, mission-driven culture that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes, providing support and encouragement.
• Help recipients participate in skill-building activities and community outings to grow personal goals outside the home environment.
