Job summary

ExpertCare in Detroit, Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home. The team offers full and part-time positions with paid training, a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes to support skill-building.
• Assist and encourage clients to participate in activities and community outings.
• Help recipients set and pursue personal goals outside the home.
