Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and you will accompany recipients on community outings to grow personal goals outside the home. Full and part-time positions are available.

We value compassionate team members who communicate well and can follow care plans, with flexible scheduling and paid training offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
