Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will provide in-home support, encouragement, and help with skill-building activities. You may also accompany recipients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay are offered, with a virtual interview process and benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients into the community to support goals.
