Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage independence, follow personalized care plans, and help recipients build daily living skills.

In this role you may also accompany clients into the community to help them reach personal goals. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a meaningful way to support families and individuals we serve.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
