Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you may accompany clients into the community to advance personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule that fits your life. Weekly pay and opportunities for benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable traits are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and assisting with skill-building activities.
