Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with youth aged 13–24 is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interpersonal strengths.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver career development programming for high school and postsecondary students.
• Develop partnerships with employers and community organizations for opportunities.
• Lead the Student Leadership Council, including selection and meetings.
• Coordinate resume reviews and interview skills workshops for students.
• Promote diverse career and education pathways including trades and apprenticeships.
• Supervise part-time Career Advisors and coordinate payroll, HR admin.
• Travel within the Greater Philadelphia/South Jersey area; occasional nights and weekends.
