COMMUNITY ACTION PIONEER VALLEY seeks a Youth/Young Adult Career Navigator in Northampton, MA, to support 17-24 year-olds toward education, training and employment goals. The role involves outreach, case management, resume and interview coaching, and job search assistance, with a focus on equity and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience working with youth/young adults, providing individual support/case management.
• Bi-lingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid provided if needed.
• Knowledge of social services and resources in the community.

Responsabilités

• Provide outreach, case management, and support to youth 17-24 for education, training, and employment.
• Assist with resume/cover letter development, interview skills, and job search.
• Maintain case notes, data entry, and ensure program standards are met.
