Job summary

Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education, based in the Greater Philadelphia region, seeks a Coordinator of Career Success to develop and deliver career development programming for high school and postsecondary students. Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent education/experience required.
• Experience with youth 13–24 preferred.
• Knowledge of career development practices and resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver career development programming for students and postsecondary learners.
• Build partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Lead the Student Leadership Council and coordinate selection and meetings.
• Facilitate career workshops and resume/interview coaching.
• Promote opportunities across training and education pathways.
• Manage payroll, finance, risk, and HR related tasks for program operations.
• Travel within the Greater Philadelphia area is required and occasional nights/weekends.
