Job summary

Brightpoint seeks a Youth Evolvement ISY Specialist to recruit, enroll, and support youth for academic success and career readiness. The role provides case management, career guidance, and program coordination under WIOA youth requirements, emphasizing outcomes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include recruiting via schools and community partners, developing ISSs, planning career pathways, coordinating internships, and ensuring follow-up for 12 months post-exit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social service, counseling, business, education or related field is required.
• Experience working with youth and understanding adolescent development issues.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work in a high accountability, performance-based program.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with case management data systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible youth through partnerships with schools, counselors, and community organizations.
• Develop and maintain Individual Service Strategies (ISS) for each participant and monitor progress.
• Assist participants with career planning, resumes, job search skills, and interview prep.
• Coordinate work experiences, internships, and job placements with employers.
• Document all activities and outcomes in the WIOA data management system and ensure compliance.
• Maintain contact with youth for at least 12 months after program exit to support long-term success.
