Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a WIOA Youth Workforce Connector to link youth with education, training and employment services.

You will build and sustain partnerships with agencies, schools, and community organizations to help participants access available resources and opportunities. You will manage a caseload, document progress in CWDS and other systems, develop ISS aligned to goals, provide career counseling and labor market information, and coordinate outreach and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred.
• Excellent telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations.
• Manage a caseload of youth participants, tracking progress toward education, training, and employment outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Strategies (ISS) aligned with customers’ goals.
• Provide career counseling, labor market information, and referrals to supportive services.
• Conduct intake, eligibility determination, and case management as appropriate.
• Recruit applicants through outreach strategies including satellite sites, job fairs, schools, and community organizations.
• Coordinate workshops and onsite presentations by community partners.
