Job summary

Support Solutions in Jackson, TN is seeking a Youth Care Worker to support children and youth through the Youth Services program, helping them develop skills for community independence. You will assist with personal care, everyday routines, transportation, meals, and documentation, while coordinating with families, DCS, and other partners to ensure safety and outcomes.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (weekends may be required) and offers weekly pay, a $300 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and write effectively.
• Must have HS Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass criminal background check, sexual offender check, abuse registry, drug screening and felony listing.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and assist with personal care.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supports child/youth with personal care and daily routines.
• Assists with transportation to events, school, and medical appointments.
• Cooks and provides meals based on scheduled menus.
• Documents daily shift notes and updates in electronic records.
• Maintains safety and confidentiality for clients and records.
