Job summary

Support Solutions is hiring a Youth Care Worker for Saturday and Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM). You will provide personal care, support daily routines, and assist youth in community integration while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

You will document activities and coordinate with families and agencies, including safe transportation and meal support. This role requires a HS Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with youth with various needs.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED and ability to read/write effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth with personal care and daily routines to meet care plans.
• Document daily shift notes and use electronic records as required.
• Ensure safe transport to events, school, and medical appointments.
