Crossroads Programs, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Worker to provide direct care and supervision for adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting in Cherry Hill, NJ.

This full-time role offers $18.50 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus paid training and daily pay options. You will support youths aged 14–21, assist with meals, daily living, transportation, and implementing individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of I/DD group experience.
• Associate/Bachelor in non-social work with six months I/DD group experience.
• Associate/Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support for up to five residents.
• Maintain a safe, supervised, structured residential environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Assist with meals and daily living activities.
• Transport to appointments and community outings.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain resident records and incident reports.
