Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports child/youth with personal care and daily routines.
• Ensures safe transport and accompanies to events, school, and medical appointments.
• Maintains and uses electronic shift notes and records.
• Encourages satisfaction through regular contact with families and stakeholders.
• Keeps the home clean and assists with laundry.
• Provides life skills activities and supports independence.
