Job summary

Crossroads Programs, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Worker to provide direct care in a structured residential setting for youth ages 5 to 21. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and regular full-time hours with evening scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology with one year of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of relevant experience working with youth

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to residents
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities
• Support individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
• Maintain accurate resident records, progress notes, and incident reports
• Collaborate with team members to provide consistent and effective care
