Job summary

Support Solutions is seeking a Youth Care Worker for weekend schedules in Jackson, TN. Part-time role with 6PM-6AM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, potentially with some weekend hours.

You will support youths with daily routines, transportation, meals, and community integration, while documenting progress and coordinating with families. The position emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and respectful interactions, with weekly pay and a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and write effectively.
• HS Diploma or GED required for employment with SS.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass state/local background checks and trainings as required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist children/youth with personal care and daily routines per care plans.
• Support inclusion in community activities and maintain safety standards.
• Provide safe transport to events, school, and appointments using SS vehicles.
• Document activities in electronic records and communicate with families and agencies.
• Prepare meals per menus and teach life skills toward independence.
