Qualifications

• Education & Experience: HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years in a child-care setting, or 2 years of college with 2 years' experience, or a bachelor’s with 1 year experience.
• Demonstrated skills in therapeutic interactions with youth.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Crisis Management: monitor building safety and act as primary contact during emergencies.
• Staff Support & Coordination: coach staff, review coverage, reassign as needed, ensure shift coverage.
• Program & Environment Oversight: ensure documentation, maintain safe environment, support therapeutic programming.
• Schedule & Availability: shifts set by Programming Directors; participate in weekend/holiday rotations; respond to emergencies.
