ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and skill-building activities.

You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home, while following care plans and maintaining a safety-first approach.

Full and part-time shifts are available with paid training, a flexible schedule and weekly pay, helping improve lives for recipients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient; able to follow care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in home settings.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assignments.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support in recipients' homes.
• Encourage skill-building activities and daily living goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support goals.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
