Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage independence, and help with skill-building in a home setting.

Caregivers work in clients' homes, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care for recipients.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities.
