Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking compassionate caregivers in Michigan to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in their homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building while also engaging them in community activities to promote growth.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay. Must be 18+, with strong communication and the ability to follow care plans; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
