Positive Alternatives, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Youth Care Worker to support teenage residents by providing guidance and a positive living environment.

You will lead daily programming, engage residents in activities, respond to needs, and participate in trainings and team meetings to ensure a supportive setting. This role emphasizes care, resilience, and active involvement with youth in a therapeutic context.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to type and document daily activities.
• Must be caring and resilient.
• Current student or graduate with a degree in human services, behavioral counseling, criminal justice, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with an adolescent population preferred but not required

• Lead daily programming activities and promote positive participation.
