Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to type and document daily activities
• Caring and resilient mindset
• Experience with adolescents preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily programming activities and promote positive participation
• Engage with residents through recreational activities, groups, meals, and other daily living aspects
• Respond to critical resident needs as they arise
• Help maintain a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment
• Participate in house and team meetings
• Attend initial and ongoing training sessions
