Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Campus Coordinator at Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA to provide direction, problem-solving, and staff support for school-hours shifts. The role involves supervising staff, nurses, and other personnel, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

You will train employees, plan and direct work, and ensure timely reporting while partnering with the Principal and clinical teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for youth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years program experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, problem-solving and support to staff on campus.
• Train employees and supervise staff across shifts.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation.
• Respond to campus crises and support staff and clients.
• Communicate information to principal or on-call administrator.
• Develop daily crisis schedules and review shift expectations.
• Maintain safety and therapeutic standards on campus and residences.
